Cassy Hand
Cassy started Evocatus Hospitality with decades of experience in the hospitality industry. From waiting tables in Andalucia to being Area Manager of a chain of artisan bakeries and coffee shops across Hampshire and Berkshire, she has a nose for great coffee and a passion for finding the right local ingredients from suppliers who share our values. She take pride in getting to know her community of customers and always has a warm welcome for them, whatever the changeable Dorset weather!
