Who we are
Evocatus Consulting Ltd is the data controller for the personal information handled through this website. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 09650528, with our registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Our trading address is Unit 6, The Quadrant, Dorset Innovation Park, Dorset, DT2 8GB. Our VAT number is 239100631.
What we collect, and why
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you provide it, and your message. We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation you have started with us. The lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where your enquiry leads towards an engagement, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list without asking, and we do not sell or share your information for anyone else's purposes.
Where your enquiry goes
When you submit the form, your message is delivered to our company mailbox by Resend, an email delivery service acting as our data processor. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and the form is protected from automated spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which works without setting tracking cookies. Received enquiries are held in our company email systems, provided by Microsoft and Google. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are covered by the safeguards in their standard contractual terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it, and then in line with our normal record-keeping for company and tax purposes. If your enquiry goes no further, it simply ages out of our correspondence.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form and we will respond promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you have not been asked to click through a consent banner. We measure how the site is used with privacy-first, cookieless analytics that give us aggregate numbers such as page views and referrers. They do not identify you, do not follow you across other sites, and do not build a profile of you. The spam protection on our contact form is likewise cookieless.
Changes to this notice
If how we handle personal data changes, we will update this page. This notice was last updated on 14 July 2026.
