A crucial part of a Change Management programme, we have achieved some great results for clients seeking to communicate and advocate a need for change through an experience rather than through being simply told. Through the use of bespoke film content, red-teaming and scenario-based wargames we can create this experience and promote understanding of and engagement with the need for change.

Before any big event, it pays to go through a rehearsal to minimise risk. In military wargames, the enemy players are the ‘Red Team’. The art of being an effective Red player is understanding the purpose of the exercise; it’s rarely to rip things apart and break everything. In the civilian world, we offer a similar skill set, gently challenging assumptions and running exercises to test plans and processes with an emphasis on stress-testing.

While decisions in business are increasingly supported by automated processes and algorithms, we understand the importance of emotional responses, innovation and human factors in decision-making and have experience of running sessions to analyse problems and come up with creative solutions.

We can run games which familiarise teams with concepts, challenges and opportunities through emotional engagement rather than a lecture. This could be a part of consent building for a larger project or a stand-alone event.
